What I do not provide
I do not:
• act as the LADO
• replace statutory safeguarding services
• make HR decisions
• conduct regulated activity
• provide legal advice
Confidentiality
All work is confidential except where:
• there is a safeguarding risk
• there is a legal obligation to share information
• you request collaboration with another professional
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide accurate information
• act on safeguarding concerns appropriately
• escalate to statutory services where required
Fees and cancellation
Fees are agreed in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be chargeable.
Liability
I take all reasonable care in my work.
I am not liable for decisions made by your organisation based on my advice.
Records
I keep brief, proportionate records of work undertaken in line with UK GDPR and professional standards.
